Former S.E.S member Shoo revealed her current activities focusing on volunteer work.
On the 31st, Shoo posted on her social media, "Today is Youth Day. I made delicious rice cake sticks for the children and shared them. It was truly a heartwarming time. I hope the children can feel our sincerity." along with several photos.
The released photos captured Shoo in a blue vest making rice cake sticks and distributing them to the children.
She noted, "I thought, 'Can I positively influence many people through volunteer work?' It was truly a rewarding day. I was also impressed watching the amazing music competition of the youth." She added, "It felt like I was looking back at my first year of high school."
She continued, "Seeing the children filled with dreams, applause just kept coming naturally. I hope the youth can love themselves and pursue their dreams! Fight on!"
Meanwhile, Shoo was sentenced to six months in prison, two years of probation, and 80 hours of community service for habitual gambling worth 790 million won over 26 instances abroad including Macau from August 2016 to May 2018. She was also sued for failing to repay gambling funds amounting to 700 million won, but it was resolved through agreement in November 2020.
Currently transformed into a businesswoman, Shoo is engaged in various volunteer activities.
