Kim Dae-ho from Home Alone visited Ansan, a place full of memories.
In the episode of Home Alone broadcast on the 30th, Kim Dae-ho was depicted visiting the neighborhood where he kept memories from his childhood after more than 30 years.
On that day, Kim Dae-ho, who visited Ansan, said, "Today, the place I came to is Ansan. I was born in Yangpyeong, but I lived in Ansan from the time I was a baby until the 5th grade of elementary school. After decades, I came here because I really wanted to meet someone important."
Since it had been 30 years since he last visited, much had changed from the childhood he remembered. He said, "Everything here has changed. There was a time when I bought a house and wanted to see the address on the original registration papers."
As he followed his memories to find each nostalgic place, Kim Dae-ho remarked, "I feel a bit strange." After finding the house he used to live in, he added, "There were many memories there as well," showing an emotional response.
In a subsequent interview, Kim Dae-ho reflected, "Looking back now, it seems our home was quite difficult. We started in the basement, and we moved around as we changed floors," and added, "You know the house in the movie Parasite? I lived in a house like that, using coal briquettes."
