Broadcaster Park Soo-hong attracted attention by revealing his remodeled APT. in Apgujeong.
The preview aired on KBS2's 'The Return of Superman' on the 28th showed Park introducing the interior of his newly renovated house.
He proudly stated, "I introduce Jai House," showing off a room for his daughter, Jai. Park mentioned, "I decorated the room like a pink princess," expressing his affection for the child.
The revealed Jai's room was decorated as a spacious area, equal to any master bedroom. Despite the ample placement of a wardrobe, baby bed, bookshelf, and toy storage, the space caught the eye with its openness. Additionally, Park revealed the bathroom, stating, "Every tile was personally selected by my wife," showcasing pride in the carefully prepared interior.
Earlier in February, news broke that the couple of Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye bought an upscale dwellings located in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. The property is from the 12th complex of 'Apgujeong Shin-Hyundai APT.' and features a large area of 170 square meters. The couple purchased the APT. under joint ownership for 7.05 billion won, dividing the equity equally.
It was revealed that a maximum mortgage of 3 billion won was established at the time of the transaction, and it is estimated that approximately 2.5 billion won was secured as a housing loan through this. Ultimately, it can be interpreted that they invested approximately 4.5 billion won to secure the upscale APT.
Meanwhile, the 'Apgujeong Shin-Hyundai APT.' is located along the Han River and consists of 27 buildings, each 13 stories high, completed in 1982, with a total of 1,924 units. Its ultra-convenient location next to Apgujeong Subway Station on Line 3, as well as access to facilities like Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong Main Branch, Sinsa Park, and Jamwon Hangang Park, makes it one of the representative affluent neighborhoods in Gangnam.
