The band Dragon Pony will take over the university festival following the festival.
Dragon Pony (An Tae-gyu, Byeon Seong-hyeon, Kwon Se-hyeok, Go Kang-hoon) will perform today, 29th, at Yonsei University's 140th anniversary celebration, the Muak Daedong Festival 'Scent of Blue.'
This will be the first time Dragon Pony performs at a university festival since their debut. Dragon Pony will breathe passionately with youth through a setlist that oscillates between intensity and refreshment. It is expected that Dragon Pony's distinctive band sound, which captures the bold yet passionate energy of imperfect youths, will add romance to summer nights.
Dragon Pony recently ignited their rise to prominence by successfully concluding solo concerts in the country and Taipei, with all seats sold out. Riding this momentum, Dragon Pony has been named the 'K-pop Rookie of the Month' for May 2025 by the U.S. music publication Billboard. Attention is focused on Dragon Pony's limitless growth as they prove their outstanding musicality and create a new wave in the band scene.
Not only at the university festival, but Dragon Pony is also gaining high popularity by continuously appearing in the lineups of major festivals in the country. Dragon Pony is expected to decorate the stage at the '2025 Busan One Asia Festival BAND CONCERT' on June 12, 'Beautiful Mint Life 2025' on June 14, 'Korea-ASEAN Music Festival 2025 ROUND in Malaysia' on June 22, '2025 Seoul Park Music Festival' on June 28, 'Live On BUSAN' on June 29, 'TheNextwave XX25 Beach Music Festival' on July 6, 'SOUNDBERRY FESTA 25' on July 20, '2025 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival' on August 1, and the '2025 Busan International Rock Festival' in September.
