Actor Oh Yeon-soo and Son Ji-chang are celebrating their 27th wedding anniversary, coinciding with their son's graduation ceremony.
Oh Yeon-soo released a video titled '27th wedding anniversary trip' on her YouTube channel on the 27th.
Previously, Oh Yeon-soo revealed on social media that she traveled to Fukuoka, Japan, with her husband Son Ji-chang to celebrate their wedding anniversary. While taking a selfie alone, not in a shot with her husband, Oh Yeon-soo jokingly said, "We don't talk much, but we get along well. We're a couple who travel separately for our anniversary trip." Additionally, to humorously address any potential rumors of discord with Son Ji-chang, she mentioned, "We get along well," which drew laughter.
In the released video, Oh Yeon-soo shared moments of enjoying her time alone while on the trip with her husband. She stated via subtitles, "Although I came with my husband, we agreed to meet at a certain time and have our own time. We should not be together 24/7. I prefer to travel alone more."
Especially, Oh Yeon-soo added subtitles saying, "No matter what happens in this life, I will live with this person like a friend out of loyalty. We will both naturally and gradually grow older. What a man needs as he ages are a wife, a partner, a housekeeper, and the mother of his children."
Towards the end of the video, Oh Yeon-soo and Son Ji-chang are depicted heading to their son's graduation ceremony. Earlier, Oh Yeon-soo revealed that their eldest son, who is studying at a university in the U.S., will graduate in April. The expressions of Oh Yeon-soo and Son Ji-chang at the graduation ceremony seemed to blend joy and tension.
Meanwhile, Oh Yeon-soo and Son Ji-chang were married in 1998 and have two sons together. It is known that Oh Yeon-soo left for the U.S. in 2014 to support her two sons studying abroad and returned after living there for seven years.
