Go Min-si acknowledged the controversy by saying, "Without any denial, the person in the photo is indeed me," and added, "I recognize that my past actions were wrong and I feel a tremendous sense of responsibility for my past self." Four years later, in 2025, individuals claiming to be middle school classmates of Go Min-si posted a message on an online community titled "We are the victims of actress Go OO's school violence," raising allegations of school violence. The alleged victims claimed that Go OO (presumed to be Go Min-si) physically assaulted many friends, extorted money, and verbally abused them since middle school, listing specific and shocking instances of harm, particularly mocking students with disabilities, theft, and leading bullying.
