In the released video, Jung Ga-eun said, "This time while doing 'Wonder Ga-eun', I got to do my first taxi challenge, and I am really grateful that my dad has shown a lot of interest in me challenging myself to be a taxi driver. I didn't expect to receive so much love."
Jung Ga-eun noted, "I'm taking on the driver challenge following in my dad's footsteps, but the certification exam is really not easy. It doesn't end just with passing; I have to take a new training for eight hours twice a day, and just sitting through it is no ordinary task. Also, I have to go for job interviews, and there are many companies to apply to. It's not easy. Where is it easy to make money?"
In particular, Jung Ga-eun explained, "This is not about completely leaving the broadcasting job and switching careers; rather, it's a process of preparing for alternatives and future plans due to the instability of being a celebrity. In 2018, Jung Ga-eun went through a divorce after a two-year marriage with her peer, businessman A. Since then, Jung Ga-eun has been raising her daughter alone. In 2023, she appeared on a YouTube channel and expressed her economic situation, saying, "It's not easy. After the film ended, I haven't had any work. I feel hopeless looking at the money deposited by the company."
