Actress Lee Si-young is maintaining her diet routine and health management even after her divorce.
On the 26th, a video titled "[Is she a movie star? Real mom Lee Si-young's routine + life items revealed!]" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Ppusiyoung.' In the video, Lee Si-young reveals her motherly daily routine and shares the secrets of her consistent self-care.
Lee Si-young's day starts at 8 a.m. with a warm glass of water. She stated, "If I drink more than 500ml of warm water in the morning, I definitely eat less that day," adding, "I'm still sweating now." For her first meal, she consumed a simple meal of fruit and peanut butter, accompanied by a little seawater mixed with salt.
After sending her son to school, while taking care of the remaining breakfast, Lee Si-young explained, "I take a fried egg along with several supplements. I try various ones out of curiosity." After her meal, she introduced stretching and scalp massage as essential routines.
She emphasized, "I have received skin treatments, but if the scalp is tight and sagging, face lifting won't work. Facial skin starts from the hairline, so it should be released well. When I'm short on time, I skip the facial massage but make sure to do the scalp massage."
Her lunch menu consists of chicken breast. However, Lee Si-young commented, "I get tired of just eating chicken breast, so I add sauces," revealing her own "best dressing combination." "Just add apple cider vinegar, mustard, wholegrain mustard, olive oil, allulose, and salt to the vegetables. It's incredibly simple," she confidently stated.
Lee Si-young also mentioned, "These days, I've cut out caffeine and am drinking decaffeinated coffee," expressing her frustration, saying, "If anyone knows of really tasty decaf beans, please let me know in the comments. I have yet to find a satisfying one."
After her meal, she climbed a local mountain with her manager. She said, "My manager is also on a diet, so we exercise together," showing a smile about having a "diet mate."
After finishing hiking at 4:40 p.m., Lee Si-young enjoyed an early dinner at a pork belly restaurant, saying, "When I have no work, I usually go to bed with my child around 9 or 9:30. Naturally, dinner is eaten between 5 to 6 p.m.," and she explained, "As the fasting time is more than 12 hours, weight management becomes easier."
