Comic acting master Jeong Sang-hoon, Oh Dae-hwan, and Lee Soo-ji are set to appear in 'Salon de Holmes,' already generating buzz as a potential scene-stealer showcase.
The new ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Salon de Holmes' (directed by Min Jin-ki and Jeong Hyun-nam / written by Kim Yeon-sin / produced by Artist Company, A2Z Entertainment, Neow Entertainment) is set against the backdrop of Gwangseon Jugong APT., featuring a comic romance action as four women, including a top-level detective, an insurance king, and the queen of part-time jobs, unite to take down the apartment villain.
This production, a collaboration between director Min Jin-ki, who led the 'New Recruit' series to success, and writer Kim Yeon-sin of 'My Man's Secret,' is generating excitement, with writer Ahn Yong-jin of the 'SNL series' also contributing. In particular, the four uniquely talented actors: Lee Si-young (playing Gong Mi-ri), Jeong Yeong-joo (playing Choo Kyung-ja), Kim Da-som (playing Park So-hee), and Nam Gi-ae (playing Jeon Ji-hyun) are expected to showcase incredible romantic chemistry. Jeong Sang-hoon plays Park Seung-ho, Gong Mi-ri's husband and a trainer at a Gwangseon-dong gym. Once a competitive swimmer with a solid body line, he is now a relatable character struggling with increasing muscle loss and declining testosterone levels as he ages.
Oh Dae-hwan portrays 'the female Ma Dong-seok,' Choo Kyung-ja's husband, and police officer 'No Kang-sik.' A junior of Choo Kyung-ja from her police days, No Kang-sik harbors guilt over his wife's resignation from the police force to cover up his mistakes. He constantly teases Choo Kyung-ja verbally, yet he has deep affection for her.
Lastly, Lee Soo-ji plays the role of Park Seung-ho's sister-in-law and Gong Mi-ri's sister-in-law. A former judo player exuding a remarkable presence, she is someone who must express her thoughts to feel satisfied, making her a 'core member of the sisterhood.'
Alongside this, the revealed stills show Jeong Sang-hoon, Oh Dae-hwan, and Lee Soo-ji, hinting at hard-hitting performances. Jeong Sang-hoon, wearing a stretched 'Be the Reds!'
