The victims claimed that Go OO engaged in school violence, extortion, and verbal abuse against numerous friends since middle school. In particular, they stated that they did not hesitate to mock and threaten students with disabilities. They claimed that Go OO committed school violence by mobilizing surrounding groups and external forces, habitually stealing belongings and money from classmates, and bragging about and mocking them, exhibiting serious ethical flaws.
Additionally, the victims revealed that Go OO exhibited terrible behavior during middle school and used connections with delinquent older brothers to enact violence and severely assaulted classmates they disliked.
