Pungja said she successfully lost 14 kg.
On the 26th, she revealed her reviews of Wigobi and Saxenda, which are attracting attention, on her YouTube channel 'Pungja TV.'
Pungja stated, "There are many comments saying I've become prettier because I've lost a lot of weight, and that makes me feel good," and added, "I have currently lost about 14 kg. I'm still on a diet, and according to my standards, it hasn't shown much. So, I felt it was a bit much to say I've incredibly succeeded in my diet."
Pungja noted, "There are some comments suggesting that Pungja is using Saxenda or Wigobi," and mentioned, "Actually, Pungja has tried both Saxenda and Wigobi," which caught attention.
Pungja emphasized, "This is really a personal experience. I don't know how it will be for you. I always mention the downsides and side effects. I hope you just keep that in mind," adding, "I don't want to promote it."
Pungja shared, "Saxenda was a hot diet method known only to some people. I was afraid of getting the injection, so I didn't try it. However, since it became a huge topic, I wanted to give it a shot. So I went to the hospital, got a prescription, and brought it home," drawing attention.
Pungja explained, "I tried it in the first stage, but I felt nothing. Even when the needle was inserted, I didn't feel anything," adding, "There was no effect or reaction at all. So I thought it didn't work, but they suggested increasing the dosage. After that, I lost my appetite. But the side effect was nausea. It felt like I was bloated while someone was continuously frying pancakes beside me."
Pungja said, "Because of the nausea, I started vomiting. It was really tough. Even when I tried to film, I was nauseous," noting, "They say nausea is a common side effect when getting Saxenda. But I couldn't go about my daily life. I felt like I was going to throw up while driving, it was unbearable."
Pungja said she lost 7 kg in a month and a half through Saxenda. She remarked, "It's too hard to lose weight this way. Since I couldn't carry on my daily life, I couldn't continue using it."
