Go Youn-jung was picked as his favorite melodramatic moment in 'Resident Playbook.'
In the special episode of 'Resident Playbook,' aired on 24th on tvN, the 'Pungnyeon Crew' gathered at the cafe 'Gureungdowon,' where they shared behind-the-scenes stories.
In response to the question, 'What is your favorite melodramatic moment?' Jung Jun-won noted, 'During the playground scene, Oh I-young defended me by badmouthing instead of me, and whenever someone asks, I always talk about that scene.' Go Youn-jung said, 'I feel the same. The shooting scene at that time felt like today's weather. There was a slight breeze.' Jung Jun-won empathized, stating, 'I didn't know it would come out this beautifully during the shoot.'
In the drama, Gu Do-won said, 'Please say that again,' and Oh I-young made a direct confession, asking, 'Is it okay if I like you?'
Shin Si A remarked, 'They say many people gather at the playground after that scene. Couples,' and laughed, adding, 'I think I will go too.' Kang Yu-seok asked, 'If their hearts were opened from that time, when I-young said, 'I want to hug you,' was it meant to mean 'I will hug you'?'
In 'Resident Playbook,' Oh I-young envied couples hugging at the bus stop, saying, 'I want to hug you. I want to hug you too. Here?'
Recalling that scene, Jung Jun-won said, 'I wonder if it felt like, 'Is it okay to do this in front of the hospital?' and added, 'I don't think Do-won would hug in a place where there are people.' Kang Yu-seok revealed, 'But they were hugging in the underground parking lot (Oh I-young and Gu Do-won),' to which Jung Jun-won replied, 'They probably thought there wouldn't be anyone around.'
Meanwhile, 'Resident Playbook' depicts the journey of residents dreaming of becoming great doctors, going through an initial fan phase and growing up. This spin-off of 'Hospital Playlist' ended on the 18th with a peak rating of 8.1% (Nielsen Korea nationwide). Oh I-young and Gu Do-won, who began dating, hinted at marriage with a ring and a kiss, culminating in a happy ending with all characters suggesting a rosy romance.
