In 'The Chef Huh Young-man's Baekban Journey,' Yook Sung-jae revealed that he is a fishing enthusiast.
On the broadcast of TV CHOSUN's 'The Chef Huh Young-man's Baekban Journey' on the 25th, the scene portrayed Yook Sung-jae, the lead of the drama 'The Haunted Palace,' heading to Chuncheon.
During the day at Chuncheon Lake, Yook Sung-jae said, "I love fishing. I like freshwater fishing. I heard there are a few good spots here," revealing his passion for fishing.
Huh Young-man asked, "Since you enjoy freshwater fishing, have you ever eaten freshwater fish?" Yook Sung-jae replied, "No, aren't freshwater fish smelly? So I just catch them but have never eaten them."
Yook Sung-jae also shared, "I've been busy lately with filming and preparing for my solo album," while noting, "I think the program's purpose is good, as it takes good care of our meals," which brought laughter.
Meanwhile, Huh Young-man asked, "If you're involved in group activities, don't you find it hard to travel often?" Yook Sung-jae explained, "There's a group I've been with as an idol for a long time. I have friends from a group called Boyfriend and also from a group called Teen Top, so we come here to hang out. There are perfect fishing spots. Even if my friends don't particularly like fishing, they come along because I really enjoy it."
Above all, Yook Sung-jae revealed, "My grandfather operated a fishing ground in his lifetime. He was the first to import koi from Japan and started breeding them, ultimately donating the koi to the country. It began as a breeding farm but grew too large into a fishing ground," capturing attention.
