The group ENHYPEN has teased a deadly dark romance with its new album.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Ni-ki) unveiled a preview of its mini album 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' featuring snippets of all tracks on the HYBE Labels' YouTube channel at midnight on the 23rd. The video captivated attention with props representing each song amidst a minimalistic mood focused on sound and the members' visuals.
The standout song is undoubtedly the title track 'Bad Desire (With or Without You).' This song captures the desire to 'turn you into a vampire' over a sleek dance-pop sound, showcasing ENHYPEN's urban and sexy charm. Lines like 'The heaven without you is hell' and 'The hell embracing you is heaven' convey a longing to be together forever, even beyond taboos, expressed through the members' compelling vocals, enhancing the song's immersion.
'Flashover' is an impressive electronic future bass track with a dreamy sound. Intense lyrics expressing a desire that burns like flames, combined with a chic beat, capture the ear. 'Loose (Korean Ver.)' highlights trendy pop sounds and a sexy melody, amplifying a chill and sophisticated atmosphere. The members' smooth falsetto maximizes the song's tickling emotions.
