Ahn Yoo-seong, the 16th culinary master of South Korea, joins as a new boss on KBS2 'Boss's ears are donkeys.'
KBS 2TV 'Boss's ears are donkeys' (directed by Ahn Sang-eun, hereafter referred to as 'Boss's ears') is a program aimed at creating a satisfying workplace through the voluntary empathy and self-reflection of South Korean bosses. The previous episode recorded the highest viewer rating of 5.2%, showcasing its strong performance as the top variety show for 155 consecutive weeks. (Nielsen Korea standards)
In the upcoming episode of 'Boss's ears' airing on the 25th, Ahn Yoo-seong joins as a new boss, marking the birth of the first culinary master boss in 'Boss's ears.' Ahn Yoo-seong, known for his gray hair and silent, generous demeanor, is a famous Japanese cuisine chef known as 'Papa Ahn' (Ahn Yoo-seong + Father). However, from his first appearance on 'Boss's ears,' he startled everyone by calling out, 'Brother Myung-soo!' raising curiosity about the unusual 'Boss's ears' hierarchy debate.
Ahn Yoo-seong noted, 'I am the only active Japanese cuisine master.' He explained, 'The government recognizes masters,' and added, 'When you become a master, there is a one-time incentive of 20 million won,' causing surprise. He further asserted differentiation from famous chefs who have appeared on 'Boss's ears,' stating, 'Chef Jung Ho-young doesn't even have a certification, and Chef Jung Ji-sun was trained by me' and after mentioning, 'Chef Choi Hyun-seok just sprinkles salt because of his tall stature,' he expressed surprise upon learning that Chef Choi was born in 1972, saying, 'He is my age,' and publicly disclosed that he is the same age as Yoo Jae-seok, leaving everyone astonished.
Then Ahn Yoo-seong remarked, 'I am the youngest master among the masters,' and introduced himself as 'a hip and hot master,' before playfully showcasing a cute 'pwing pwing' gesture that burst everyone into laughter. However, he did not stop there; he suddenly called out to Park Myung-soo, 'Brother Myung-soo!' The one taken aback was none other than Park Myung-soo. Born in 1970, Park Myung-soo appeared older, but when Ahn Yoo-seong, born in 1972, called him brother, he responded, 'Hold on. You're younger than me?' and then yelled, 'Oh dear, you should dye your hair! I just bowed at 90 degrees!' which made 'Papa Ahn' Ahn Yoo-seong break into laughter.
However, the youngest master Ahn Yoo-seong, born in 1972, commented on the office hours debate, saying, '9 a.m. isn't the time to enter the gate but the time to start cooking.' He made various unexpected remarks such as 'You're just making a fool of yourself,' and 'Even if I do well, it's chaos,' shattering his usual warm image as a considerate father. As work formally began, Ahn Yoo-seong showcased his direct and unfiltered remarks, prompting Jeon Hyun-moo to observe, 'Turns out he's a master who easily gets angry and has many desires,' raising expectations for his surprising persona.
The surprising age revelation in 'Boss's ears' involving Park Myung-soo, Ahn Yoo-seong, and Jeon Hyun-moo, along with Ahn Yoo-seong's explosive jealousy at work, will be revealed through the main broadcast of 'Boss's ears.'
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV 'Boss's ears are donkeys' airs every Sunday at 4:40 p.m.
