The group E'LAST has officially started its chart run.
E'LAST demonstrated global fans' attention by charting in eight countries with its fifth mini-album 'Versus,' released on the 7th, including 1st on the New Zealand iTunes K-pop album chart, 3rd in the U.S., and 11th in Japan. In particular, tracks including the title song 'Crazy Train' entered the top ranks of iTunes K-pop song charts in eight countries, proving the prowess of a global idol that the world is paying attention to.
Not only overseas but also in the domestic market, there is a strong response. This new release has proven its popularity by ranking 7th on the Hanteo weekly physical album chart (May 12-18), continuing an unstoppable upward trend.
'Versus' is the first new release in about a year since the first full album 'Everlasting,' which was released last May. It includes a total of five tracks, including the title song 'CRAZY TRAIN,' 'GOTHAM,' 'EMERGENCY,' 'DRIVE,' and 'MISERY.' Producer Ryan Jeon participated, and members Wonhyuk and ONEJOON contributed lyrics to the track 'EMERGENCY,' completing E'LAST's unique musical color.
In particular, E'LAST has returned with an album that concludes the existing narrative world they have been pursuing, announcing the beginning of a new chapter. They are leaving a strong impression on K-pop fans at home and abroad with even more refined music and performances than before.
Meanwhile, E'LAST is expected to continue its active comeback activities through various music broadcasts and online and offline content.
