The group (G)I-DLE's bold transformation reaches its peak in "Good Thing."
On the 15th, their agency, Cube Entertainment, revealed the concept images for the title track "Good Thing" from the mini album "We Are" through (G)I-DLE's official SNS channels. (G)I-DLE, which has drawn attention with comeback images featuring Gothic-style dresses and house party outfits, showcased a special concept this time as well.
The concept images revealed that day captured the stylish appearance of (G)I-DLE in the short form for "Good Thing." In particular, the group photo set against the backdrop of a dark night parking lot, where they gaze at each other nonchalantly or walk together with expressionless faces, conveyed an even trendier and chic atmosphere.
Individual cuts that depict the moments before and after a mysterious incident also caught attention. Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua enhanced the narrative immersion of "Good Thing" with styling that highlighted each member's characteristics and the contrasting appearance of having apparent injuries on their faces.
(G)I-DLE's "We Are" is an album in which all members participated in writing and composing. It includes a total of six tracks, featuring the title track "Good Thing" and the pre-released song "Girlfriend." In particular, the short version audio for "Good Thing" and influencer-led challenges using short form videos have been ongoing.
(G)I-DLE's mini album "We Are" will be released on the 19th at 6 p.m. through various music sites.
