Epic High's delightful 'mission' with Hollywood actors brought laughter to fans around the world.
Epic High (Tablo, Mithra, Tukut) featured Hollywood actors Simon Pegg and Greg Tarzan Davis, who are in Korea for 'Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning,' in a YouTube content released on the 14th.
In the released video, the members of Epic High and the two actors called each other "hyung" and "dongsaeng," starting the official mission in a friendly atmosphere. As described, "We recreated a 'Mission Impossible' set in a limited space," the actors were given 30 minutes to experience diverse Korean culture.
The two actors experienced rolling kimbap under Mithra's demonstration. They then harmonized while singing 'Just the Two of Us,' and Epic High interjected, saying, "In Korea, the second verse is illegal," bringing laughter to the scene. In the following Epic High's 'trot' stage, they waved Park Kyubong (Epic High's official light stick) and experienced the K karaoke culture as one. The members of Epic High also took part in Korean language education, and the two actors expressed great satisfaction, saying, "We feel like members too."
In the four-frame photos taken at the photo booth, their comical expressions made them look like 'real friends.' Simon Pegg even expressed his desire to appear in a Korean film. When Tablo asked, "Squid Game?" Simon Pegg responded, "I could even dub it for free," eliciting laughter.
Simon Pegg surprised everyone with an unexpected confession, saying that after attending a BTS concert, he worried for five days, wondering, "Did I transmit COVID-19?" He further expressed sincere concern, saying, "I trembled for three years, worried that it might be because of us that someone got sick."
At the end of the video, the two actors unanimously stated, "This was the most enjoyable time during this press tour," and Tablo confidently noted, "This fun can't be matched anywhere," concluding the content.
Meanwhile, Epic High recently surpassed 1 million subscribers on its official YouTube channel and received a gold button, and plans to expand its enjoyable interactions with listeners through content that transcends nationality and genre.
