Choi Soo-young boasted about her airline membership level, saying she is a "million miler."
On the afternoon of the 14th, the YouTube channel 'KODE Code' featured singer and actress Choi Soo-young and Ryeo-un appearing in 'Cellphone KODE.' The two engaged in a conversation only through mobile phone messages without knowing each other.
As various stories were exchanged, Ryeo-un asked, "Do you travel abroad often?" and Choi Soo-young confessed, "I don't travel much these days, but I love to travel, so I fly often." Hearing this, Ryeo-un remarked, "You must have accumulated a lot of mileage. I'm jealous."
Choi Soo-young asked Ryeo-un, "You don't have the airline app, huh?" and inquired about his airline membership level. Ryeo-un replied, "Where can I find my level? I heard I'm in the SkyPass Club?" revealing his level. Choi Soo-young proudly stated, "It's lower than mine. I'm MM. Have you heard of a million miler?" The million miler is a qualification granted to those who have flown more than one million miles with airlines like Korean Air. It is the highest distinction.
"Million miler" Choi Soo-young joked, "There's a saying that a million miler like me won't take off if I don't board a plane," and Ryeo-un asked with honorifics out of curiosity about her age, "So, how old are you?" Choi Soo-young, born in 1990, replied, "I'm not from the '80s,' but Ryeo-un exclaimed, "Is it the '70s?" drawing laughter.
With a burst of laughter, Choi Soo-young replied, "Whether it's the '70s or '90s, it must be the 2000s, right? How about you?" Ryeo-un added, "I'm just from the MZ generation."
Meanwhile, Choi Soo-young is currently starring as the main character Han Geum-joo in the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Second Shot at Love,' which premiered recently, while Ryeo-un has been active as Park Hu-min in the Netflix series 'Weak Hero Class 2,' which opened in over 190 countries last month.
