The girl group ifeye has engaged in warm sharing in May, the month of families.
ifeye, consisting of Kasia, Rahee, Wonhayeon, Sasha, Taerin, and Miyu, visited Ewha Womans University Medical Center on the 7th, along with the Theodore Roosevelt Teddy Bear Foundation Korea, to hold a teddy bear donation event for pediatric patients.
This event, planned with the hope that "a small but cozy gift will brighten the children's day," is also ifeye's first social contribution activity. The event involved pediatric children from Ewha Womans University Medical Center, as well as officials from the Theodore Roosevelt Foundation and the hospital.
The members of ifeye personally visited the site that day to deliver teddy bears to the children, making eye contact and offering warm words. As the members noted, "At first, it felt awkward, but seeing the children's smiling faces, we felt comforted instead," this small but precious meeting left a deep impression on both sides.
The Teddy Bear for Kids program, conducted by the Theodore Roosevelt Teddy Bear Foundation Korea, is a nonprofit project aimed at helping children's emotional recovery through the donation of teddy bears. This collaboration with ifeye deepened the significance of the event.
An official from the Theodore Roosevelt Teddy Bear Foundation Korea stated, "We are grateful to be able to deliver sincere warmth through this event with the rookie girl group ifeye."
Meanwhile, ifeye has gained attention for its unique worldview and performances with the title track "NERDY" following the release of its debut album "ERLU BLUE" on April 8.
