The new tvN weekend drama 'Our Unwritten Seoul' (written by Lee Kang, directed by Park Shin-Woo, planned by Studio Dragon, produced by Monster Union and Highground), which will premiere on Saturday, 24th at 9:20 p.m., tells the story of twin sisters who swap their lives with each other, seeking true love and life through a lie.
In the drama, twin sisters Yoo Mi-Ji (played by Park Bo-Young) and Yoo Mi-Rae (played by Park Bo-Young) start a secret promise to change their lives for each other. While living each other's lives, Yoo Mi-Ji and Yoo Mi-Rae encounter their high school classmate and first love, Lee Ho-Su (played by Park Jin-Young), and rookie farm owner Han Se-Jin (played by Ryu Kyung-Soo), forming a tangled relationship. Thus, the contrasting charms of Lee Ho-Su and Han Se-Jin, who will become strong supporters for the twin sisters, are examined.
First, Lee Ho-Su is a sophisticated lawyer with a natural ease, who has a long-standing relationship with the twin sisters as their neighbor and high school classmate. While appearing to be a flawless elegant swan on the surface, he is fighting fiercely every day for normalcy.
After graduating high school and going to university in Seoul, Lee Ho-Su's distance from the twin sisters grew, but he unexpectedly reunites with Yoo Mi-Ji and Yoo Mi-Rae, rekindling past feelings. His warm comfort and support towards old friends encountered anew in a distant place are set to stir the hearts of viewers.
On the other hand, Han Se-Jin is a novice farmer growing strawberries in Duhunri, the hometown of the twin sisters and Lee Ho-Su. Two years ago, he suddenly moved to Duhunri, bravely overcoming the local people's resistance, and is currently realizing his dream of returning to farming as a recognized member of the village.
Needing help on his farm, Han Se-Jin forms an employment relationship with the skilled worker Yoo Mi-Ji, naturally getting embroiled in the twin sisters' secret promise. Curiosity and a sense of familiarity towards his employee, who somehow gives off a vibe similar to his own, prompts questions about what experiences Han Se-Jin will have with the twin sisters.
Thus, Lee Ho-Su and Han Se-Jin are expected to play substantial roles as they form close relationships with the twin sisters living today in Duhunri and Seoul. Therefore, the meetings with these two men, who will provide excitement, empathy, comfort, and support, are highly anticipated.
