In the institutional sector of albums, BOYNEXTDOOR's momentum is remarkable. According to Hanteo Chart, BOYNEXTDOOR (Seongho, Ryu, Myungjaehyun, Taesan, Ihan, Unhak)'s mini album 'No Genre' sold 708,558 copies on its first day (the 13th), debuting at number one on the daily album chart (as of May 13). This marks an increase of over 100,000 copies compared to the first-day sales of their previous mini album '19.99.' Considering that the cumulative sales of '19.99' exceeded 1 million copies, BOYNEXTDOOR is expected to achieve its second million-seller.
They are also gaining attention in the global market. As of 6 a.m. on the 14th, 'No Genre' topped the charts in seven countries/regions, including Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, and it appeared on the iTunes 'Top Albums' chart in a total of 13 countries/regions, including Canada, Denmark, Mexico, Russia, and Turkey.
