In a teaser video for the new SBS Life variety program "Queen of Insight Kim Nam-joo" released on the 12th, Kim Nam-joo conveyed her mindset about challenging herself to a solo variety show after 31 years since her debut.
In the teaser video, Kim Nam-joo appeared radiating a spring atmosphere and introduced herself as "an actress, a mom, and a YouTuber."
"In response to the question of 'What will you show in "Queen of Insight Kim Nam-joo"?' she playfully said, 'I don't have anything to show, but I will try. It's supposed to be as it is... I heard that's how it works. If not, they said not to do variety at all.'
Kim Nam-joo continued, "I felt it was unfair that people only remembered my strong image when I go out. Booing," and added, "In reality, my personality is quite different. I think it would be better to show those sides to the public, allowing for better communication with the world. I would appreciate it if you all watch with a generous heart and see the beauty in it."
"Queen of Insight Kim Nam-joo" is a project where Kim Nam-joo communicates with the public while sharing everything about herself while also cultivating insight. It is expected to reveal different aspects of Kim Nam-joo that have not been shown before.
Kim Nam-joo's "Queen of Insight Kim Nam-joo," in which she challenges herself to a solo variety show after 31 years since her debut, will premiere on the 22nd (Thursday) at 8:40 p.m., and before that, the same content will be first released on her YouTube channel at 11:45 a.m. on the same day.
Meanwhile, Kim Nam-joo is married to actor Kim Seung-woo and has a son and a daughter. She appeared in the MBC drama "Wonderful World" broadcasted last year.
