According to reports from local media, including People and TMZ, Bailey alleged in her restraining order application submitted to the Los Angeles County Superior Court on 13th (local time) that DDG had committed serious violence against her and that it also affected their 5-month-old son, Halo.
Bailey stated in court documents that "I can no longer endure this abuse," noting, "My front tooth was broken, my arm was bruised, and he used his millions of followers to attack me." She also submitted photos and text messages from the abuse as evidence.
Under the temporary restraining order, DDG must stay at least 100 yards (about 90 meters) away from Bailey and her son Halo and cannot go near Halo's school or Bailey's vehicle.
Additionally, Bailey emphasized that DDG defamed her on social media and incited attacks from fans. She said, "He criticized me through 'live' streams and spread lies that I separated Halo from him. Fans started to send me threatening messages, and even a hashtag '#freehalo' emerged online."
In March, there were claims that DDG broke into Bailey's home without her consent, verbally abused her, and attempted to take away a child infected with a disease. This incident has been reported to the Los Angeles Police.
Bailey also mentioned that she will begin filming a movie in Italy for about two months starting in June and requested sole custody of her son, Halo, during this time. She stated, "I have family and a nanny available to sufficiently care for the child," adding, "In the meantime, DDG has been refusing the custody schedule."
Bailey has also requested a court order preventing DDG from mentioning or posting about her and her son on all platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). At the same time, she has filed for a mandatory 52-week offender intervention program.
The two started dating in 2022 and welcomed their first son, Halo, in December 2023, but it is reported that they broke up earlier this year. The court hearing for this case is scheduled to take place on June 4.
