Seo Jang-hoon from 'Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller' was angered by the story of a contributor who gave birth to a child secretly without informing her ex-boyfriend.
On the 12th, the contributor, who is raising a child alone without notifying her ex-boyfriend, appeared on KBS Joy's 'Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller'.
The contributor, who identified as a single mother, explained in response to a question about when she met her ex-boyfriend, 'I met him in April 2022 through a dating app.' Seo Jang-hoon, who mentioned that meeting people through dating apps often comes with a lot of risks, raised his voice, saying, 'You don't even know who they are or what they do.'
The contributor explained, 'We dated for about three months. At first, it was good. We were just hanging out at home because of COVID-19, without going to work. When I drank, I would argue with friends over video calls. Disappointment and loneliness came rushing in, and we broke up.'
The contributor added, 'In April 2023, I was hospitalized for bipolar disorder. Then I received a call from the hospital saying that I might be pregnant and needed to confirm it.' She shared the shocking fact that she didn't realize she was pregnant until the last month, stating, 'I didn't have morning sickness, so I found out in the last month. I found out on April 4 and gave birth on April 8.'
The contributor said, 'I gained 30 kg,' and she thought she had gained weight just from eating a lot. She explained, 'I raised my child with my parents for about a year. Currently, I live alone with my daughter.'
The contributor, who mentioned that she tried to find her ex-boyfriend, said, 'I tried to contact him, but I gave up because I didn't get a reply. I wanted to reach out and look for him, but I thought that if I heard bad news, my symptoms of bipolar disorder might worsen, so I gave up. I only know his name and where he lives.'
