Bae Doona shared her philosophy on body management.
On the 13th, SBS PowerFM's 'Park Ha-sun's Cine Town' featured Bae Doona, the lead actor in the film 'Virus,' and director Kang Yi-kwan as guests.
That day, Bae Doona commented on her belief that "exercise is more important than diet." At 45 years old, Bae Doona remarked, "This is true for me. If we focus on diet at our age, it can lead to injuries."
She confessed, "While training for the movie, I adhered to a very strict diet. Not providing enough nutrition while using my body and just continuously adding protein led to injuries in my waist. I also suffered from severe headaches, and I thought, 'This might be worth trying in my youth, but I can't continue like this.'"
In particular, she emphasized, "I didn't understand why I had to be thin, so I thought I should walk more according to my age. I walk 10,000 steps a day," adding, "I walk, eat, and live like an average person."
