Kim Ji-hye, a former member of the group Cats, shared her status after suffering a fall while pregnant.
On the night of the 12th, Kim Ji-hye posted on her personal social media, "I am fine. I am so relieved that the children are safe."
She added, "I think my arm isn't broken, so I'm wearing a brace. I'll take care of myself this week and come back healthy." Additionally, she mentioned that the customer service and tools for her shopping mall she operates will proceed normally.
Earlier that day, Kim Ji-hye recalled it as "a nightmare of a dawn," saying, "I was walking around the house when I tripped and suddenly fell. I wasn't running or in a hurry, but I lost my balance for a moment and fell hard onto my belly. It happened so quickly that I remember my belly touching the ground, and I tried to protect myself by bracing my arms, but my knees were bleeding, I couldn't move my arms, and I just held my belly tight."
She continued, "My husband was in the living room, rushed in surprised, called 119, and I wanted to quickly check if the children were healthy, but the time in the car felt like it was drawing blood. No matter how many times I called different hospitals, there were no available spots, and the obstetrician wasn't there, so for several hours, we couldn't go to any hospital. It was even more difficult because it was the weekend. I had already given up on the orthopedics due to the X-rays, and I was desperately hoping to get to the obstetrician, but ultimately, I couldn't go."
Fortunately, by morning, after the first check-up at a nearby hospital, she reported that all the babies are healthy. She expressed, "I can't even describe how many tears fell the moment I heard their heartbeats. I was so desperate that I thought I could do anything, but I feel a sense of frustration and guilt for not being able to protect the children even before they were born."
Along with this, Kim Ji-hye stated, "I think everyone was very worried after reading my post, but I am okay now. However, one side of my arm isn't moving at all, so I think I will be living in bed at home. I plan to take a break for a while and comfort my shocked family. Thank you for reading my long post.
