Actress Oh Yoon-ah shared her efforts for body management.
On the 10th, a video titled "Summer workout! Just do this to complete Oh Yoon-ah's body" was uploaded to the 'Oh! Yoon-ah' channel.
On that day, Oh Yoon-ah said, "It's been a bit tough to manage my body lately, right? It really seems to have become harder to manage my body. I feel like I'm experiencing that for the first time this year. I'm now 46 years old. Until last year, my body was able to be shaped as I wanted it to be, but now it's really not working. Also, if I get sick, I don't recover well. In early April, I caught a really bad cold at the end of March. And I rested for about two weeks to recover."
He noted, "From this time, I've been thinking a lot about how to manage my health, so I've started taking health supplements and began eating things that can help me lose weight while getting healthy with Hanni. But then, my liver seemed to worsen, and I started having allergies. A lot happened, but anyway, I thought I definitely need to exercise as a basic principle, and I asked Trainer Jeong Geun-mo for exercises that could help build strength while losing water weight. I will try to start exercises that can help tighten my body and aid in dieting soon."
After that, Oh Yoon-ah started full-body workouts with the trainer's help. During this time, she shared, "I used to have really thin legs, but as I started working out at the gym, my legs became thicker. I don't know if this is good or bad, but my legs have become so plump." The trainer was taken aback and said, "If you say your legs are plump somewhere, that would be a big issue."
Oh Yoon-ah said, "So I look really fit on TV, so I don't know if I'm doing well or not," and the trainer replied, "Sometimes when I'm teaching and the next class members pass by, I see them. Then they all say, 'How did your body become like that?' Everyone seems envious, but I think you feel pressure because you've managed your body before."
In particular, Oh Yoon-ah surprised everyone by saying, "These days, I'm really controlling my diet, so I usually only eat one meal and fill the rest with salads."
The trainer expressed concern, saying, "It seems like you could eat more," and Oh Yoon-ah replied, "Exactly. This is an illness. But I'm really eating a lot. My fellow actor friends are not eating anything at all right now. Kids my age aren't eating. They really don't eat. I'm on the heavier side of eating."
She also offered a tip, saying, "For those who find it hard to diet while working, they say it's good to eat something like galbitang for lunch. It's because you filter out all the grease and eat the broth with the meat without fat, which can really help with satiety. Foods with broth can be very filling. And since I don't like greasy foods much, they say that if you eat like that for lunch, you won't gain weight. But you shouldn't eat a lot for dinner."
