Comedian Lee Guk-joo shared updates on her return to Korea.
On the 11th, Lee Guk-joo posted on her social media, "I've been drinking every day this week. I'm with thankfulness towards precious people like family and my lovely siblings, and today I'm with my family whom I love the most in the world," along with a short video.
The video features scenes from downtown Seoul. Notably, Lee Guk-joo drew attention by indicating that the location where the video was filmed was a five-star hotel in Seoul.
Recently, Lee Guk-joo released a video titled "Lee Guk-joo's Tokyo Settling" on YouTube, stating, "I am now forty years old, and next year will mark my 20th anniversary since my debut. However, for the past four to five years, I've just been going through the motions, doing things as they come to me." She also revealed that she started living alone in a 9-pyeong room in Tokyo.
As the video became a topic of discussion, there were claims that Lee Guk-joo had immigrated to Japan, but Lee Guk-joo clarified, "This is not immigration. I'm not living there full-time; I'm managing my work in Korea intensively and coming and going to spend time more meaningfully. It's like living between two homes."
