Vocalist K.Will (real name: Kim Hyung-soo) caught attention by presenting a talk without a sister-in-law for the first time on 'Familiar Sister.'
K.Will recently unveiled a new episode of 'Familiar Sister' through the YouTube channel 'Sister is K.Will.'
In the video, K.Will introduced musical actors Kang Hong-seok and Kim Jun-su, who are grants in the musical 'Aladdin,' as guests, saying, "It's the first time for two guests, the first time for male guests, and the first time for guests who came for promotion," and expressed pride that 'Familiar Sister' is solidifying its position.
Then, K.Will reminisced about his connection with Kim Jun-su from TVXQ during the chorus of 'Hug' and noted, "I didn't expect the lyrics of 'Hug' to come out like that. When I first sang it, it was a pop-style R&B." When Kim Jun-su replied, "I didn't know 'Hug' would be the title track," K.Will cleverly responded, "I also didn't know that I would be dancing in a school uniform during 'My Heart is Beating' activities," highlighting that life doesn't unfold as planned.
K.Will mentioned that he saw the musical 'Aladdin' in person, saying, "It was a performance with no dull moments. Even though I was sleep-deprived, I was wide awake." Kim Jun-su added, "I was worried about not being able to adjust to the time difference when I saw 'Aladdin' in New York after casting, but there was no time to be sleepy," and shared an episode where he contacted Kang Hong-seok after watching and said, "I'm really glad I did this; it's truly the best."
While Kim Jun-su detailed the differences among Jung Sung-hwa, Jung Won-young, and Kang Hong-seok, who played the role of 'Genie' in the show, he emphasized, "Kang Hong-seok's Genie is the most hip. It feels like Will Smith," to which K.Will agreed, recalling his memories of the stage, saying, "Hong-seok was very groovy and soulful," and Kang Hong-seok replied to K.Will, "I've really listened to your music a lot. I've loved it since I was young," creating a warm atmosphere.
When K.Will praised the details of the 'Aladdin' stage and asked about the amount of practice the two had, Kim Jun-su replied, "All the actors practiced tremendously. The 'Aladdin' ensemble team deserves to get paid double." Then, Kang Hong-seok and Kim Jun-su claimed that they are the 1st and 2nd in the 'musical sweat' rankings, and when Kang Hong-seok said he had blue sweat, K.Will recalled his experience playing 'Quasimodo' in the musical 'Notre-Dame de Paris,' mentioning that he had red sweat, creating a sense of solidarity.
Kim Jun-su mentioned regarding 'Aladdin,' "There's a scene where I have the same line as 'Jasmine,' and once, an audience member shouted 'Jjijjibong,' causing laughter in the audience. I really liked that." Kang Hong-seok responded, "This is truly happiness. When the Genie appears and the kids laugh, it gives incredible energy," increasing the anticipation for the work. Finally, when K.Will asked the official question of 'Familiar Sister,' 'Will you get married or not?', Kang Hong-seok said, "I strongly recommend it. You should get married."
