Actress Kim Bora's short post on social media following her divorce news is attracting attention.
On the 10th, Kim Bora posted a brief message saying "The end" along with photos related to the 26th Jeonju International Film Festival's closing ceremony on her Instagram. Kim Bora took the stage with actor Kang Gilwoo as the hosts of the closing ceremony.
The word "The end" seems to signify the conclusion of the film festival, but coincidentally, it coincides with the end of Kim Bora's marital life. In fact, she officially announced her divorce the day before, on the 9th, just 11 months after the marriage.
In the published photos, Kim Bora is smiling brightly in front of the waiting room. Her outward appearance is just like any other day. Fans are expressing their support with warm comments like "Stay strong," "I always support you," and "May you walk only on flower paths."
Earlier, Kim Bora's agency, Noon Company, stated, "After careful consideration and sufficient dialogue, we have amicably completed the divorce process by mutual agreement," and requested that "indiscriminate speculation or sensational reporting be avoided."
Kim Bora married director Cho Barun, with whom she formed a bond through the film "Gwigimansion," after a three-year relationship in June of last year. However, they have decided to end their married life just 11 months later.
Kim Bora debuted in the drama "Wedding" in 2005 and has built her reputation through works such as "SKY Castle," "Her Private Life," "Finda in the Sand," the film "Moral Sense," and "The Ghost of Ok Su Station." Director Cho is known for directing "Gwigimansion" and "Blow, Wind!" and won a short film award at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in 2017.
