Kang Yu-seok confessed to Jung Jun-won.
In the 9th episode of the tvN Saturday-Sunday drama "Resident Playbook," which aired on the 10th, Eom Jae-il (Kang Yu-seok) faced an intern who was slandering him.
Eom Jae-il acted calm in front of the intern but eventually shed tears upon seeing Gu Do-won (Jung Jun-won). Eom Jae-il said, "I have to resolve this," and Gu Do-won said, "It's not easy to get angry and scold someone. But it has to be done. It's natural to get scolded if you did something wrong. Someone who tells you off, even if it's harsh, is more important."
Eom Jae-il asked, "Wasn't that the case? It's not your fault; you make me want to try harder when you say it's our fault." Gu Do-won advised, "That's because you're kind. You received that goodwill with gratitude. Usually, people take advantage of others and underestimate them. If you look at it negatively, it's so comfortable and good. Who lives like that?"
Gu Do-won added, "I don't know. If you did something wrong, scold them. If they do well, praise them. I think that will help set standards. If you can just make that clear, juniors usually appreciate it."
Eom Jae-il said, "But sir, did I ever say that I loved you very much?" Gu Do-won, looking a bit shy, said, "I'm going," and left the room.
