The first childbirth live variety show in the country, TV CHOSUN's 'Our Baby Is Born,' will exclusively reveal the childbirth journey of 'archery queen' Ki Bo-bae's second child.
The new entertainment program on TV CHOSUN 'Our Baby Is Born,' which will first air tonight (9th) at 10 p.m. (directed by Lee Seung-hoon and Kim Joon/written by Jang Joo-hyun), will feature the 'Soomoong Duo,' Park Soo-hong and Yang Se-hyung, who will head to the childbirth scene of 'archery queen' Ki Bo-bae. They received news of Ki Bo-bae and her husband Sung Min-soo's childbirth and will join them during the critical moments.
Ki Bo-bae and Sung Min-soo planned to have their second child last year, but Ki Bo-bae had to leave as a commentator for the Paris Olympics in July, temporarily postponing their pregnancy plan. However, immediately after her return, Ki Bo-bae succeeded in getting pregnant with their second child. Her husband Sung Min-soo joked, "After being away for a long time, the fire was lit. It was just a touch, but it turned into a home run," revealing the behind-the-scenes of the 'Olympic baby' second pregnancy.
Expressing pride in her ability to give birth easily, Ki Bo-bae was asked by Yang Se-hyung, "Didn't you compete when you were pregnant with your first child?" referring to the time when she placed first in the National Sports Festival while eight months pregnant. Sung Min-soo recalled, "I was so impressed then. My wife has 94 gold medals, and there are gold medals she won while pregnant with our first child and after returning from childbirth. She says those two are more valuable to her than Olympic gold medals," revealing the extraordinary childbirth experience of the 'archery queen' with her first child.
Meanwhile, even Ki Bo-bae, who is known for her calm demeanor, expressed unexpected pain during a difficult childbirth, leading to a tense situation with the second delivery.
