Designer Gu Jeong-soon revealed that she is the owner of a building on Cheongdam-dong luxury street.
On the afternoon of the 7th, Seo Jang-hoon asked during the broadcast of EBS and E Channel's 'Seo Jang-hoon's Neighbor Millionaire' (hereafter 'Neighbor Millionaire'), 'Are you a building owner in Cheongdam-dong?' Gu Jeong-soon appeared.

Seo Jang-hoon stated, 'If it is 2 million won per pyeong, let me explain further. When I was young, I moved from Banpo to Apgujeong-dong when I was 2 years old, so I know well. (In the late 1980s) when I was in the first year of middle school, Apgujeong-dong was becoming famous. As Apgujeong-dong became increasingly saturated, we gradually moved out, and Cheongdam-dong became the most expensive land in our country. Even if you just roughly estimate a millionaire building, even at the very least, that was in 1987, and now it is 2025, so it has increased 100 times in 38 years,' evoking surprise.
