'What do you do when you play?' Yoo Jae-suk and Haha met 'Hongcheon Yang Gwan-sik' to learn the secret of not getting scolded by his wife.
The May 3 broadcast of MBC's 'What do you do when you play?' (directed by Kim Jin-yong, Lee Joo-won, Ahn Ji-sun, YIDO, Bang Sung-soo/writer Noh Min-sun) was themed 'Delivery of What to Do - Hongcheon.' Yoo Jae-suk and Haha returned to the mountainous village of Hongcheon after six months to keep their promise to come eat samgyeopsal. They provided laughter and healing while showcasing their chemistry with the Hongcheon family, whom they were pleased to see after a long time.
Yoo Jae-suk and Haha began delivering gift packages with intern Lim Woo-il. The first stop was Seo-ha's house. Seo-ha was the child who cried because she wanted tteokbokki during their last visit to Hongcheon but could not get delivery service. Lim Woo-il tried to act friendly with Seo-ha and Seo-hee, who are famous for their 'tearful tteokbokki,' but the sisters did not recognize him, which embarrassed him. Haha introduced them as 'Hongcheon Karina and Winter,' and was taken aback when Seo-hee replied sharply, 'Isn't that a bit too much?'
Next, they met Hongcheon's 'apostle of laughter,' Yeom Hee-han. Yeom Hee-han boasted that she shot a promotional video for Hongcheon after appearing on the show, and displayed her unique sense of entertainment by introducing her husband and reserving airtime for him, saying, 'I can't just be the only star.'
Yeom Hee-han's marked difference in treatment of Yoo Jae-suk and Lim Woo-il made everyone burst into laughter. Yoo Jae-suk received praise while getting special lessons on harvesting ginseng next to Yeom Hee-han, while the neglected Lim Woo-il taught himself independently. When Lim Woo-il claimed he found ginseng, Yeom Hee-han focused on helping Yoo Jae-suk and Haha instead. Feeling left out, Lim Woo-il complained, 'I can't harvest with this mood.' By the time they were to leave, Yeom Hee-han, who had grown fond of Lim Woo-il, eased the tension by complimenting the ginseng he had harvested.
Yeom Hee-han's husband showed traits similar to 'Hongcheon Yang Gwan-sik,' listening only to his wife's words, which led Yoo Jae-suk and Haha to realize, 'Now we understand why you two don't fight.' Although Yoo Jae-suk encouraged the reserved husband to try the fried greens and honey tea, he remained unmoved until Yeom Hee-han told him to eat, and he complied. Yoo Jae-suk continued to call out to Yeom Hee-han, saying, 'The lady does everything you tell her to.' Haha asked 'Hongcheon Yang Gwan-sik' how to avoid getting scolded by his wife and laughed upon hearing the tip, 'Just don't speak like me.' Yeom Hee-han bragged about her husband, who claimed he had never lost an arm wrestling match, suggesting a match of 1:3, while Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, and Lim Woo-il discreetly supported her husband's undefeated streak.
Finally, they visited Seo-hyun, who has the rare newborn 'Hongcheon star baby' at her house. The three delivered a toy gift and helped harvest vegetables from Seo-hyun's garden. Yoo Jae-suk shared that he had given expensive gifts to Seo-hyun's parents, saying, 'I also have high hopes for our Na-eun. I don't have big expectations for Ji-ho,' revealing his aspiration to become a devoted father. Lim Woo-il added humorously, 'You'll be wounded a lot later on,' bursting Yoo Jae-suk's dream bubble. The three concluded their delivery in Hongcheon after enjoying delicious meals, including spring vegetable bibimbap and myeonggi kimchi.
Meanwhile, the next episode preview features Joo Woo-jae, Park Jin-joo, Lee Yi-kyung, and Mizyu delivering to the Hong Kong couple who provided an emotional moment during the 'conscientious appliances' segment, as well as visits to lonely singles in the 'home visit' segment, heightening anticipation.
