Shinee's Key expressed his views on the 'attitude controversy' of juniors in the entertainment industry.
On the 3rd, a video titled 'The lucky episode 77 is just an excuse' was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Tteun Tteun'.
In the released video, Kim Dong-hyun, Key, and Yuri appeared as guests and talked about 'long-lasting success in the entertainment industry'.
During the discussion, Yoo Jae-suk mentioned, "When you watch, don't we sometimes see certain people and think, 'That person won't last long'? Sometimes there's a feeling, not about any specific person, but there's a sense that we get."
He continued, "So-called, when someone carries themselves with their shoulders up and radiates such things to those around them, would they listen if we talked to them about it? They won't hear it."
In response, Key also said, "Aren't there many from our side? Because we have been in this since we were very young." He expressed, "I have friends I think, 'When they reach their late 20s, they'll definitely regret this. Do they really think their reputation will only stay within this circle and that they won't go outside?'"
Key said, "But I can't take any action for them. Because if it could change with just a word, they would have felt it long ago." He added, "All the people who were on 'M Countdown' when I was younger are now main producers. Even now, if I were truly reckless back then, I would have been doing well now, wouldn't I?"
He said, "I want to let them know that such things exist, but I feel a reluctance to do so. It's regrettable, rather." Yoo Jae-suk also agreed, saying, "It's something they don't even want. It seems difficult for us to tell them."
