Choo Sung Hoon mentioned the differences in food culture between Japan and South Korea.
On the afternoon of 1st, a video was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Choo Sung Hoon ChooSungHoon,' in which Choo Sung Hoon introduced a local restaurant in Japan.
Taking a taxi to a restaurant recommended by a friend, Choo Sung Hoon showed tremendous anticipation before eating.
A plate of pork steak was served, showcasing a vivid pink color in medium rare state. Choo Sung Hoon worried, saying, "Is this okay? Is this alright? It's completely rare. Can I eat this?" but after tasting the food, he raised both thumbs up in 100% satisfaction. He exclaimed, "Wow, this is really delicious. This is a big deal. You have to come here. Amazing!"
Choo Sung Hoon quickly finished the steak and ordered another plate. "It's more delicious than I imagined and exceeded my expectations," he said, devouring it along with white rice.
The production team noted, "In Japan, it feels tastier to eat rice like this (holding the bowl). Holding it enhances the taste." In response, Choo Sung Hoon explained, "In Japan, you should hold the rice bowl. In Korea, you set it down while eating, but in Japan, if you eat while it's down (like in Korea), it's considered rude. You have to hold the bowl to eat deliciously, and that's the etiquette. That's the rule," introducing the difference in food culture in Japan.
