BTS member Jin will meet with fans for the first time to celebrate the release of his mini album 'Echo' next month.
Jin announced that he will hold the event 'Don't Say You Love Me @Seongsu' at Anderson, Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on May 17 at 2 p.m. (Korean time) through the global superfan platform Weverse.
On this day, Jin will present a stage for new songs, including the title track 'Don't Say You Love Me,' from the mini album scheduled for release on May 16. Additionally, he plans to spend time with fans discussing various topics, delivering an 'echo' of emotions. The event's dress code is inspired by the new album's concept photos and will be 'denim,' designed to create an enjoyable atmosphere with fans.
The event will be hosted by broadcaster Ji Seok-jin. Expectations are high for the chemistry between the two, who have built a friendship through shows such as SBS' 'Running Man' and his own variety show 'Run, Seok-jin.'
For fans who cannot attend the event in person, a live streaming will also be held on Weverse. Details related to this will be available on BTS's Weverse channel.
Jin has prepared another fan event on May 18. He will meet with ARMY (the fandom name) at a cinema in Seoul for a high-touch event and present a special space for fans.
The album 'Echo,' which will be released on the 16th, depicts the various moments of life spreading like an 'echo' in different forms. The title track 'Don't Say You Love Me' sings about the irony of not being able to let each other go due to love, even as the relationship is falling apart.
