Actress Yewon, formerly of Jewelry, has found a new nest.
According to OSEN's coverage on the 28th, Yewon signed an exclusive contract with Enterseven, which includes Kang Na-eon and Jo Wan-ki. After her contract with her previous agency expired earlier this year, she carefully considered and decided to sign with Enterseven, composed of veterans from the entertainment industry.
Yewon debuted in 2001 as the 4th member of the four-member group Jewelry and joined in 2011. Although Park Jeong-ah, Seo In-young, and Lee Ji-hyun left, she has thrived in various entertainment programs with her lively personality and charming visuals, maintaining Jewelry's name until the end.
In 2013, she succeeded in her transformation into an actress through the MBC drama 'Miss Korea.' Since then, she has showcased her presence in MBC's 'Hotel King,' tvN's 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim,' KBS's 'I'm All Good,' OCN's 'Mister Period,' and MBC's 'Miss Lee Knows.'
In particular, she drew attention for her dramatic acting transformation in Netflix's 'Suriname' in 2022. She is currently set to release Disney Plus's 'Nine Puzzle' in May.
