Kim Jung-nan revealed the sad condition of her pet cat, which has had its jaw completely removed due to a tumor.
Kim Jung-nan posted photos and videos on her personal social media on the 26th, saying, "Wooly Lulu underwent major surgery last week." The released photos show Lulu, who has had its jaw completely removed due to a mandibular mass, being held in Kim Jung-nan's arms. A video showing a healthy Lulu with an intact jaw, seemingly before it got sick, was also released, drawing attention.
In this regard, Kim Jung-nan explained, "An 18-year-old senior cat bravely overcame a major surgery to remove the entire jaw due to a tumor on the lower jaw," adding, "Though it was a difficult decision because of its age, I didn't give up hoping that our Lulu would not be in pain for the rest of its life."
She continued, "Right now, Lulu is recovering, and there is still chemotherapy left. I can't move except for filming because I'm busy caring for the cats. Although it doesn't have a jaw, its pretty face remains the same," and she added, "I hope everyone cheers for Lulu's recovery," evoking strong emotion.
Kim Jung-nan is currently living with her pet cats. In particular, some of her cats, including Lulu and Mari, are senior cats aged 18 and 19, which calls for support. Kim Jung-nan recently met viewers in the SBS drama "Buried Hearts."
