In the fantasy historical drama 'Haunted Palace,' which aired on SBS on the 25th, Yeori (played by Kim Ji-yeon) saw Kang-cheol (played by Yook Sung-jae) summon a spirit.
Kang-cheol mentioned Yoon-gap (played by Yook Sung-jae) to Yeori, saying, "That guy witnessed you driving away the one-legged spirit. That's why he brought you here. He asked for the spirit possessed by the original to be removed. You were deceived by him. You were used by that guy."
Kang-cheol, watching Yeori from behind, said to himself, "Since it was so tempting, you wouldn't recklessly confront the one-legged spirit, would you? I hoped you wouldn't find out about the one-legged spirit until the end, but eventually, you discovered it."
Facing the one-legged spirit, Yeori pretended to dedicate her body. Later, Yeori tried to set up a golden barrier to extract the one-legged spirit from Lee Gwang's body but found herself in a crisis.
Kang-cheol appeared and saved Yeori, and to rescue Lee Gwang, King Lee Jeong (played by Kim Ji-hoon) also appeared. Kang-cheol was hit by an arrow shot by a courtier. With Kang-cheol's help, Yeori managed to let the one-legged spirit escape from Lee Gwang's body. Near the end of the broadcast, the one-legged spirit reentered Lee Jeong's body, shocking everyone.
