Archery national team athlete turned commentator Ki Bo-bae has welcomed her second child, with news of the birth emerging late.
On the 26th, the production team of TV Chosun's 'Our Baby Has Arrived' stated to OSEN, "Ms. Ki Bo-bae will grant her appearance on 'Our Baby Has Arrived' to reveal the birthing process."
That day, a media outlet reported that Ki Bo-bae gave birth to her second daughter on the 17th. Ki Bo-bae married her husband, Seong Min-soo, who is 7 years older, in 2017 while working at a media company and welcomed their first daughter the following year.
Later, in January this year, she surprised many by sharing that she was six months pregnant during her appearance on SBS's special Lunar New Year variety program 'Legendary League.' She noted, "When I was pregnant with my first child, I also shot archery until I was eight months along. I achieved good results in both individual and team events. I don't think being pregnant will be a hindrance," and ultimately secured first place in the individual competition.
In addition, she appeared alongside her mother on MBC's 'Please Take Care of Mom,' which aired last month, and shared that "three generations appeared together," revealing her condition at eight months pregnant. Amidst this, the news of her giving birth to her second daughter seven years after her first has drawn many congratulations.

'Our Baby Has Arrived' is Korea's first birthing variety show celebrating the noble journey of life from conception to birth, capturing the vivid moments of emotion felt only on the day of birth. Hosts Park Soo-hong and Yang Se-hyung will visit various birthing sites, while Ki Bo-bae is expected to deliver the touching birthing process of her second child.
Meanwhile, 'Our Baby Has Arrived,' featuring Ki Bo-bae, will premiere on May 9 at 10 p.m.
