Shim Eun-jin revealed that she gained weight due to in vitro fertilization.
On the 23rd, the YouTube channel Wonder K released a new episode titled "I still can't forget the comment that Baby Vox caused the IMF."
In the released video, the complete lineup of Baby Vox appeared, and Shim Eun-jin confirmed her profile.
Shim Eun-jin looked at the description stating she is 168 cm tall and weighs 48 kg and said, "Right now, I've gained about 6 kg because I'm preparing for in vitro fertilization."
Additionally, upon discovering a description stating that she is famous for saying she can drink 9 bottles of soju, Lee Hee-jin added, "You're still famous for the 9 bottles of soju."
However, Shim Eun-jin said, "But this is a story from when I was in my early twenties, and these days, I can't drink because I'm undergoing in vitro fertilization."
Shim Eun-jin also read a statement about herself saying, "I mentioned that I've been undergoing in vitro fertilization since May 2024. Because of this, while the other members are managing their bodies to return, I haven't been able to manage mine properly." She pointed to Lee Hee-jin and added, "I'm still unable to manage it. No matter how much I want to lose weight, the weight from hormones doesn't go away. So, it's actually burdensome to stand next to this sister."
Then, Kim I-ji testified to Shim Eun-jin, "You're the first person I've seen who isn't swollen among those undergoing in vitro fertilization. Usually, people swell up a lot."
Earlier, Shim Eun-jin confessed on a broadcast in March that she had gained 5 to 6 kg while undergoing in vitro fertilization, saying, "I started in May of last year and failed five times. I thought that if I fail one more time, I should just give up. Two weeks ago, it was implanted, and there was a baby house, but it failed. I feel like I shouldn't give up here as it's tormenting my hope."
