In the 8th episode of the daily drama 'Catch Your Luck' aired on the 23rd on KBS 1TV (written by Son Ji-hye / directed by Park Man-young, Lee Hae-woo / produced by Monster Union, Box Media), Kim Dae-sik (played by Sunwoo Jae-deok) and Lee Hae-sook (played by Oh Yeong-sil) struggled to win the 35.7 billion won lottery prize.
On that day's broadcast, Dae-sik was devastated to learn that he had lost the winning lottery ticket given to him by Moo-cheol. Ultimately, after informing Hae-sook (played by Oh Yeong-sil) about this, Dae-sik searched every corner of the house, but the ticket did not turn up.
Meanwhile, Lee Mi-ja (played by Lee Ah-hyun), who misunderstood that her husband Han Moo-cheol (played by Son Chang-min) had given lipstick to Jang-mi (played by Seo Yeong), cried out, "You, having turned your life around, are still youthful enough to date at that age?" However, the sight of Moo-cheol snoring in his sleep, unaware of anything, was both sad and amusing. Furthermore, Moo-cheol, who hurt his hand while opening a can, was flustered as no one in his family seemed to care. He felt a subtle emotional shift when Jang-mi, whom he encountered by chance, tended to his injury and showed concern.
Additionally, Dae-sik's daughter Kim Ah-jin (played by Kim Hyun-ji) was distressed over the pressure to pay compensation for the mining equipment of Moo-cheol's son Han Tae-ha (played by Park Ji-sang). Moreover, Han Seo-woo (played by Lee So-won), upon discovering that Kim Seok-jin (played by Yeon Je-hyung) was Tae-hyung's (played by Park Kyung-soon) close friend, begged Seok-jin to speak well, leading to a more intertwined story of the two families' children.
On the other hand, Hae-sook, who found herself in a situation of needing to vacate her store and home immediately, looked for a new place with Choi Gyu-tae (played by Park Sang-myeon). However, Hae-sook was dismayed by the shabby state of the house and lamented, "If only we had the lottery, we wouldn't have to move. How can we lose 35 billion won, not just a few coins?"
Frustrated by the dire reality, Dae-sik was having a beer at Cafe Mindulle when an idea struck him, and he immediately headed to Moo-cheol's house. Thinking that Moo-cheol must have picked up the ticket that fell from his clothes, Dae-sik broke into his bedroom. At that moment, Moo-cheol barged in, creating a tense ending as they faced off.
