Comedian Park Na-rae recently appeared to be emotional while listening to music.
On the 23rd, a video titled "Melomance conflict rumors, Melomance reconciliation story, first public reveal of new song" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Narae's Meal.'
That day, Melomance held a 'preview concert' for 'Narae's Meal.' They particularly drew attention by unveiling a variety of new songs. Melomance also made a surprise suggestion to choose a title track from among them.
Park Na-rae said, "It was so delightful that I can't even dare to rate the music of these two; I was really touched." Following this, Park Na-rae requested that they sing a song titled 'YOU.'
Melomance sang lyrics from the song: "Have you thought about me standing alone on a rainy street? On lonely nights, my tears will soak everything where you used to fall asleep."
While listening to Melomance's song, Park Na-rae eventually shed tears. After the song ended, Park Na-rae remarked, "The song is so good that it reminds me of what I was like back then. I think it was in 2018 that I cried at that time."
Park Na-rae has been emotionally distressed due to theft. It was reported that a theft incident occurred at Park Na-rae's home on the 8th. Park Na-rae purchased a detached house in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for 5.5 billion won in 2021 and had revealed the house through MBC's 'I Live Alone.' Upon learning of the theft on the 7th, Park Na-rae showed symptoms of an upset condition due to shock and canceled her scheduled grants appearance on MBC Standard FM's 'Son Tae-jin's Trot Radio.'
Park Na-rae's side noted, "There was a theft incident recently, and I confirmed it on the 7th. It's a house where a woman lives alone, and since my manager is also a woman, I'm quite scared. Staying up all night made me feel like I caught a cold, causing me to show symptoms of an upset condition," explaining the reasons for the theft and her absence from the broadcast.
There were also claims that it was an inside job, but it was revealed to be the act of an outsider. Park Na-rae's side stated, "We have judged the incident as a theft by an outsider and provided the police with CCTV footage from my home on the 8th, requesting an investigation. Subsequently, the police identified the suspect's Shinwon and arrested them, and it seems that an arrest warrant has also been issued. We are very relieved that the suspect has been apprehended after the swift investigation by law enforcement, and we appreciate their efforts."
