Comedian Lee Soo-ji has transformed into Jennie this time.
On the 22nd, the YouTube channel 'Hot Issue Ji' posted a video titled ""Boss, You're Bad!" Korean-American girl Jennie shares her life in Korea after a long time."
Lee Soo-ji explained, "At a strawberry farm in Paju, Gyeonggi Province. Here, we met a familiar face again. Jennie, a Korean-American girl who came to Korea impulsively because she loves K-pop. Dreaming of becoming a dazzling idol, she faced numerous auditions, but the walls of reality were too high and cold. The place where she momentarily paused is this small strawberry field."
She continued, "A foreign land, a foreign workplace, and a boss with whom communication is difficult. It's a series of challenging part-time jobs, yet Jennie is once again planting dreams and trying to take root. Her journey as a part-timer continues as she finds comfort in a glass of sweet rice wine after a tiring day at work."
In the released video, Lee Soo-ji's alter ego, the Korean-American showgirl 'Jennie,' appeared, showing her working in the strawberry field while wearing a pink crop top and baggy pants.
She revealed, "I'm currently doing a part-time job," and shared, "After being rejected at dozens of auditions and being anxious amid high prices, I ended up at a strawberry farm."
Even while working, Jennie practices dancing, stating, "I never stop practicing to become a world-class performer," and she passionately sang Aespa's songs as well as Rosé's "APT." When the production team, observing her, asked, "Isn't this plagiarism?" Jennie responded seriously, saying, "Don't say that. You've crossed the line," which drew laughter.
