This summer, the highly anticipated film 'Big Deal' has unveiled four character posters that will bring fresh enjoyment to theaters.
The movie 'Big Deal' (distributed by SHOWBOX, produced by The Lamp) depicts the story of Jong-rok, a financial director whose life is tied to a soju company during the 1997 IMF currency crisis, and In-beom, an employee of a global investment firm who solely pursues results, as they confront the fate of soju for the people of South Korea.
This summer, the film 'Big Deal' will deliver endless fresh fun, revealing four character posters. The posters showcase the goals of four characters surrounding the national soju and are filled with visuals of actors Yoo Hae-jin, Lee Jay-hoon, Son Hyun-joo, and Choi Young-jun, amplifying the anticipation among prospective viewers.
First, the character poster of Pyun Jong-rok from 'Big Deal' features the intense gaze of actor Yoo Hae-jin along with the phrase 'Protect it.' As indicated on the poster, Pyun Jong-rok is the financial director of KUKBO and is focused on protecting KUKBO soju. When the KUKBO Group finds itself on the verge of bankruptcy due to the IMF currency crisis, he goes out of his way to meet with investment firms and law firms, as well as engaging in direct soju promotions, working hard to save the company. It raises curiosity about whether he can uphold his beliefs and protect KUKBO soju.
On the other hand, Choi In-beom is depicted as a character intent on swallowing up KUKBO soju, with his character poster also showcasing the penetrating gaze of actor Lee Jay-hoon accompanied by the phrase 'Swallow it.' Lastly, the character poster of the unnamed representative lawyer Koo Young-mo, who is in charge of crisis management for the KUKBO Group, has been revealed. With the phrase 'Fight it' added, it raises curiosity about Koo Young-mo's activities as he diligently fulfills his role as KUKBO's legal representative.
By unveiling the character posters of four individuals surrounding national soju, the film 'Big Deal' is further amplifying expectations, and it will be available in theaters nationwide on June 3 (Tuesday).
