Today's (23rd) episode of the MBC variety show 'Radio Star' (abbreviated as LAS) features a special segment titled 'The Man from Nowhere' with appearances by Ko Joon, K.Will, Kim Poong, and Kang Nam.
In a video released ahead of the broadcast, Kim Poong, who is also active as a YouTube creator, reveals that he is studying various memes and the artificial intelligence service 'A.I.' to maintain his 'MZ character.' He particularly notes, "When the artificial intelligence service first came out, I signed up for the paid service and was shocked, even investing in related stocks."
Kim Poong continues by mentioning that the recent artificial intelligence service has generated buzz by replicating the art style of a famous Japanese animation, stating that it can reproduce not only the paintings of renowned artists like Monet and Kim Whanki but also collaborative artworks with them, surprising everyone.
Kim Poong honestly shares his thoughts as a webtoon artist, saying, "Illustrators feel an immense sense of crisis" regarding such artificial intelligence services. He also mentions the technology of 'A.I.' that can instantly produce drama scripts, expressing his concern as a creator, saying, "I think I might be the last contestant in the creative industry."
