That day, O Yoon-ah talked about her son Min, whom she raised alone as a single mother, saying, "Min is a very special son. He is the source of my love. He is very pure and still has the heart of a child, being almost 5 years old, so I am raising him as if he is still a young child."
When asked if it was difficult to raise him alone, O Yoon-ah honestly answered, "It was extremely hard to raise him alone." She said, "I am not a typical mother raising a typical child, so it seems there were many difficulties with that. Until the 5th grade of elementary school, we were always together."
She also revealed, "When I am not around, he goes to where the fathers and sons are playing and hangs onto someone else's dad. When I check the places where I hear sounds like 'Who are you? I'm not your dad. Where's your mom?' it turns out to be our Min. Because of that, I was almost always with him."
O Yoon-ah also tried to ensure that her son Min did not feel the lack of a father. She stated, "Even now, if you go to Min's room, he cuts out pictures of men and cars from magazines and pastes pictures of men on top of the cars. That's like a father or such a figure. There is still that longing for him."
