Singer Kang Won-rae's wife, Kim Song-i, has been experiencing ongoing pain due to malicious comments. Kim Song recently expressed her discomfort by directly responding to the excessive remarks of trolls during her personal live broadcasts.
Kim Song has suffered from countless hateful comments, and while conducting her live broadcasts, trolls continue to confront her with these comments. On the 18th, she uploaded a video stating, "If you mess with me, you'll regret it!! I'm fed up with these people... Anyway, thank you to those who are capable of such things~ It's not worth my time to even curse at these people; it just dirties my mouth."
The video is an edited portion of a live broadcast conducted by Kim Song and her older brother. While conducting the live session, upon seeing a comment stating, "You made a good decision divorcing Kang Won-rae," she sharply responded, "Do you know him? What kind of nonsense is this divorce? We're doing fine."
When the netizen apologized, she coldly responded, "What are you apologizing for? What are you sorry for? It's ridiculous. Anyway, attention-seekers are truly something else. Oh, you're saying you didn't know?" The netizen replied, "I heard fake news that you divorced; I'm sorry," and Kim Song then asked, "But what did you say when you first came in? That I made a good decision divorcing Kang Won-rae? Are you going to take responsibility for my life?"
Kim Song's older brother, who was also live, said, "Asking questions in a very provocative manner is impolite to the other person, and it could make them feel very uncomfortable." Kim Song pointed out, "For instance, when they ask, 'Did you divorce Kang Won-rae? Why is there another man next to you?' That's my brother! If you ask like that, I can kindly respond. But coming in saying, 'You made a good decision divorcing Kang Won-rae.' How can I respond pleasantly?"
At that moment, a netizen sent a chat saying, "Can't you just not come out?" and the two exclaimed, "What do you mean?" Another netizen retorted, "You should just leave," and realizing the meaning late, they replied, "If you wish we wouldn't have come out, you can leave," and "If you don't want to see it, just don't look; why come in?"
On the 19th, Kim Song stated, "As usual, the trolls came in today and left their comments," and added, "But I'll refrain from cursing them out since it just dirties my mouth." In the video she shared, she also said, "If you act disrespectfully, I'll respond in kind."
On the 21st, the hateful comments continued. Kim Song remarked, "Pretending to care while talking behind my back—those meddlesome people really have nothing to do, so they come crawling in to do things that will get them scolded by other women. Because of these meddlers, my live broadcast isn't going smoothly~ Before meddling, take a look in the mirror and put your hand on your chest and ask, 'What does my face really look like?' You can see the answer without watching the video."
Along with this, she released a video of her live broadcast where a troll criticized her makeup. To this, Kim Song responded, "I will take care of my face myself." Kim Song's brother commented, "Some people say the makeup is too heavy. Some think it's excessive, while others might find it appropriate or pretty. But even a person with a strong character can be impacted repeatedly by such comments."
Kim Song stated, "We live in a world where even wearing makeup is criticized, so we can't allow it to make us feel bad. If you don't like it, just don't watch it. I'm a broadcaster, but if I don't wear makeup, then I get criticized for it and called rude. It's frustrating."
She added, "I absolutely hate being ordinary. I love standing out. I will take care of my face. Not putting in the effort is more rude. If I don't make an effort, it looks even more insincere. I can't come out in pajamas and bare-faced. Just a little bit of effort makes me stand out. Don't waste your energy on people like that. Yes, I understand."
